you have placed your order with us, you will receive notification
via email confirming your order details. We recommend
that you print a copy of this order confirmation for your
reference. Once your order has been processed by us, we
shall send you a further email confirming the exact day
of despatch and delivery details. If you would prefer
not to pay via the secure website, you can telephone or
fax us with your order and card details.
We also accept payment by Cheque and Postal
Order (U.K only). Please send your order and payment to

the Aviation Art Gallery we take great care to ensure
that you receive your order in perfect condition. Each
Aviation Art Print is meticulously inspected for any faults
or imperfections prior to despatch. Every Aviation Art
Print we supply is individually wrapped in fine acid free
tissue paper and placed in a heavy duty cardboard tube
.

S A , CANADA , AUSTRALIA , NEW ZEALAND . all other orders
under £195.00 - £7.00 UK, £10.00 EU

Delivery
The
Aviation Art Gallery will endeavour to despatch your order
within Two - Three working days of receiving your order.
We use Royal Mail First Class - signed for and Royal Mail
Special Delivery for guaranteed next day service to all
U.K destinations. Deliveries by Royal Mail First Class
- signed for, usually arrive the following day of posting.
However, this is not guaranteed. Please be aware that
all our deliveries will require a signature upon receipt
of the order. Our delivery aims to overseas locations
are, Western Europe, Three- Five working days, Eastern
Europe, Five - Seven working days, USA, Canada, Australia
and New Zealand, Seven - Ten working days, the rest of
the World, Ten - Fifteen Days however, please allow a
maximum of twenty one days for delivery. The Aviation
Art Gallery use Royal Mail Internationally Signed For
and Airsure services for overseas orders. The above delivery
times for overseas orders do not take into account delays
attributed to customs clearance and individual country
delivery timescales.
Our
returns policy
In
the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with goods
you receive, you have the right to return your order within
seven days of receipt of goods providing that the Aviation
Art Gallery receive the goods in perfect condition and
suitable for resale, return postage, packaging and insurance
is paid by you, the goods are returned in their original
packaging. The Aviation Art Gallery will be happy to refund
you the full cost of the goods returned. If for any reason
you receive the goods damaged. Please remember to sign
for the item as damaged on receipt
Faulty
or damaged goods
If
you are returning an item because of an error on our part
or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund
the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you
and your costs in returning it to us.You can always return
items if they are received defective in manufacture but
please note that we only accept returns of items that
have been opened if they are defective in manufacture.
To
return an item, please enclose a brief note explaining
the reason for the return, pack the product securely in
it's original packaging and send it to the address below.
In the case of a defective or damaged product, please
provide a full description of the fault or damage and
return the item in its original packaging if possible.
Please include all Certificates of Authenticity, and any
other accessories.
